The hotel was near to the seafront, central cleethorpes and sea front and attractions thanks to its great location. Besides, it was 3 km away from a large public park.

The room was both newly renovated and modern with view, we truly enjoyed it. The location was incredible, next to cleethorpes beach and Grimsby, the beachfront, and sea front, restraunts and public transport. We dined out at Figs, set a short walk to the hotel.

The location was super, next to beach and shops as well as the town centre, in a good area. There was Fez 4-6 minutes' walking distance from the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail. The location in a quiet side street is perfect for a peaceful stay, yet there are plenty of things to do in the area. The beach is just across the road and there's a little train down the road for kids and adults alike. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was ample, and the staff were warm and welcoming.

All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

This hotel was an absolute gem! the value for money was outstanding, especially considering the excellent location just a stone's throw away from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms, although on the small side without a view, were tastefully decorated and the beds were super comfy. And I must mention the breakfast - the sausages were absolutely delicious!

Particularly good and perfect location, not too far from Sussex Recreation Ground. Had king suite with the balcony, 2 single beds, drawer by previous guest.
